Senior Landscape Designer

Location:
Shanghai, China

Experience:
Over ten years in landscape design.

Salary:
500,000RMB ($75,000.00) per year or higher depending on experience.

Serve as a Senior Landscape Designer for an established Chinese Landscape Design firm that participates in commercial landscape design, villa/large residential development design as well as commercial development in China. The firm is based in Shanghai, China and has appropriately 40+ workers.

Duties:
• Management
• Team Leadership
• Strategic Planning
• Business Development
• Concept Landscape Design
• Travel to other cities in China related to work

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or higher degree in Landscape Design.
AutoCad, Sketchup, Photoshop and MS Office knowledge.

Skills:
• Minimum 10 years professional landscape design experience
• Independently manage medium and large scale projects from conceptual schemes to expanded preliminary design phases.
• Having experience on large process of project from concept to expending concept in depth or above.
• Have strong project creativity and control abilities, and strong oral and written communication skills for conducting meetings with clients and office staff.
• Having experience with landscape design of various types of projects from residential, commercial to park and so on.
